Description

Just a simple image I threw together She stretched carefully, yawned, and looked around. The small clearing in the forest was filled with wondrous colors and forms, bright and pleasing but unknown to her. Some were moving through the air, some swaying but remaining in place, laying on the earth like a carpet of rainbows. Another like her was there, smiling, observing, but not yet speaking to her. "It is me", she thought to herself, "I am here." Speech would come soon, she was not yet ready. Hearing movement from above she looked up she saw the most strange creature. It spoke to her through her mind. "We will teach you," it said. Somehow, on her first day, she understood.
