Scene and lighting are done very well. The figure could use a bit of tweaking, specially around the abdomen. It might help to give him a sense of weight (like gripping the rail with the forearm taut, shoulder pulled forward). In my humble opinion, his hat should be facing the opposite direction with the open side facing us. If he's just pulled it off his head then that might be the more natural direction. Sasquatch works well on the forearm and on the chest, but you might want to give him longer hair, and a five-o'clock shadow. :o) Just a few suggestions.

You are nearly there bud, just the abdomen/ribcage you have to correct. Where the bottom rib bones meets the sternum. You have the bottom bones of the ribcage curving into the abs, instead of curving away from the abs. One more fiddly comment from me is a little more coverage of hair on the top of his forearms. I love the texture of the skin on him; there is a touch of sunburn and sweat on him. Great work!
