I think the lips themselves are okay - it is the area around the lips that needs work. The chin is too large (even if you are going for a stylized face, it doesn't work. It looks more like Jay Leno then a square jawed hero), the shadowing under the lower lip is too pronounced, and the cheek muscles are not right - I can't quite figure out what is wrong but I suspect the muscles are too pronounced and could be a bit too big or not quite positioned properly. Despite the problems with the face, I'd consider this professional level work - the inking is fluid, the framing well done, the colors vivid, the proportions are correct and the pose is dynamic while still physically possible. It's better than many comics I've seen. Good luck going pro!
