Cool image.I really like her metallic texture.I think to import from poser you have to have the mat files and then apply them into Bryce.Just a semi- educated guess.Hope it works.You are doing great!

When exporting, use the .obj format. Bryce then asks for the textures - but takes only a single layer of each, so you have to add the bump mapping and transparency yourself. Transparency is best done with the 'blend transparency' option and disabling the 'cast shadows' option for small parts like eyebrows and lashes. A good thing is to reduce the ambience to zero, lest you get textures that kinda 'glow'. Be careful with specularity, it adds some life to skin tones, but too much is, err well, too much.
