Description
Van Gogh was kind enough to do this painting for the Dutchess. He wasn't very famous at the time and most people thought him completely nuts. Especially for the way he painted and acted. This one never made it public because he didn't keep it. She did. She saw the potential in him.
I did this one before the last one I posted. I didn't want to post it because the picture wasn't mine. I only cropped it and changed the eye color, but then of coarse painted it. So what the hey! Here it is.
Ever trying to get that Van Gogh impressionist feel down. In painter I used the Van Gogh 2 brush. Since the paint looked flat, I used a filter in photoshop to give it a raised 3d look. It's called materializer in the KPT6 package.

Well, Van Gogh WAS a nutcase. That doesn't mean his paintings were interesting. The blue in the background is pretty reminiscent of some of his works. Maybe you should experiment with a bigger brush.
