I think you won that fight. The sunrays are excellent, and the character fits very well into the background. Pose is very good. She seems to be inviting someone/something. You might put in a small animal, or maybe a fairy, at the far right of the image.

I might put a light behind her to simulate some of the light supposedly coming from the sun. I might tone down the front blue light, too.
