Description

An illustration from C.S.Friedman's 'Coldfire Trilogy.' The Forest is the home of the undead Gerald Tarrant, Neocount of Merentha, who sold his soul for immortality. In the permanent darkness of the Forest, the Dark Fae rise and form. To be lost there is the ultimate horror.

Really like the book, and really like your image. What about a image with the frozen land where Gerald has brought on perpetual winter?
