Description
Took this picture two summers ago when I visited Newport, Rhode Island. For those of you who currently watch Darkshadows (on the Sci Fi channel) or who watched it way back in the 70's you will know the house as Collinwood. Great place to visit if you ever get a chance!As an avid Darkshadows watcher I am glad I went a little out of my way to see it first hand!

wow, yes I remember darkshadows from the late 70's. This image is real good, atmosphere has those goodlooking dark colors and the long shadows create perfect mood

that is a helluva an awesome sky. like the sharp focus of the foreground too:o) the building is a tad grainy. did you use any filters? i'm pretty new to photography, so take it easy if it is a dumb question:o) just trying to figure out if it's filters or fast film speed that cause the grain.
