Description

The Leman's winner for 1995, the F1 LM. Modeled and rendered in Maya 4.5. Primarily subdivision Surfaces and NURBS modeling.

I like it. The shape and "overall stuff" looks good. Maybe you can improve the shader for the rims and wheels though (they look like plastic right now).

The rendering on this one is much better. Needs more fresnel and a bit less ambient lighting IMO, but the HDR reflections definitely add to it! The modeling is also, again, superb!

that is a nice example of subdivision Surfaces and NURBS modeling. The level of detail on the car is awsome too!

Might be the best car render I've seen on renderosity, ever. Unmistakenably hi quality.. could be a photo.. in fact, I'm still not sure it isn't one! (kidding)! Great work!

ok this car looks like the best mc laren model i have ever seen in this site and i think you should try the long tail version they long tail mclaren have also won the le mans 24 hours race.

Thanks for the great feedback folks, I'm glad you like it! I won't be working on the long tail (1997 winner), but I will make other Motorsport versions of the mclaren, just to round off what I have.
