This will probably be my last moon pic...waiting for a fairly decent night to capture Jupiter & Saturn...alot easier to image these 2 planets than it is to capture Mars! This image was taken at extreme magnification...see the lightrays reflecting from the craters!!! Thanks for taking a look! :)

Great shot, Rick. I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with for Saturn, it's supposed to be beautiful right now. Reaching a point here, I'd be happy just to see the sky. Then again, it's not all bad. Snivelling is a cheap hobby.

It's a nice, clear night tonight...& exactly -1 below zero!!! I love to go out now,but.....brrrrrr....it's too cold!!! Supposed to go to -10 tonight, so I think I'll wait....(starting fire to keep warm)!!! :O
