After seeing the movie "The Last Samauri" I just had to do this one. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it. YOU HAVE GOT TO SEE THIS FILM....!!!! Really great rending of that first fight scene where they capture Tom Cruise. I agee, got to see this movie, even the wife thought it was one of the best she has seen.

Okay, mind if I brag on you a bit? This such an excellent portrayal of the scene. I admire your work with the volumetric lighing, no small task, it is perfect. I also have to comment on the ground terrain, it is so realistic, uneven grass along with the clover, great detail. The figures in this render have captured the feeling of other world mystery that the Samauri possesed in this film. I must say you have done it justice and you have made me proud. Jennifer

Like Djeser, I think the muted colours gives this picture a lot of character, not to mention the dramatic strength in the posing and lighting. Marvellous work! Really looking forward to the movie, more now than ever..
