Description

Hello, this is a cover for second book of a trilogy by Elizabeth Moon called Paksenarrion Deeds. These are now being published in Poland and i'm creating the covers. Right...they look much better in real life when they are printed, this kind of illustration just has it...some look better on book some on my screen. Well, i hope you like it. Its not my fav. kind of illustration, but my publisher wanted this trilogy to look like this so i had to create it this way. In comming days i will post last one, with a dragon skin and a dragons head as a main focus point. Any crits/comments/votes as usual aprecieated. C U ALL - Luke

Wonderful work on this, love those textures and colors. I can see that on a book it would make a great cover. Very unique and interesting triology of designs. Looking forward to seeing number three. :o) CC

Wow Luke, the texture work is amazing...If your getting paid for it, then your on the right track... Your giving the customer what they want. It may not be what you "want" to do artistically, but, that is what your free time is for... :-) Cool stuff Dude

I don't know what that creature is but sounds like a "Thestral" to me. anyway... you're the king of the covers. I like all your covers. Just impressive how you can still have such "successfuliness" on every covers you post.
