Not bad. But the iritation ist the water on the street. The trees could be have more leaves. Because the trees bhind have a some, dont looks like winter. The plattes haved too mutch reflections. Cars ared perfect parked, in real nobody left the cars soo precise. But, for first it is OK

Very nicely done! For purposes of an architectural visualization, I think that this is very well done. It effectively communicates the design to a client. In terms of realism, the comments by Maradic are valid. The only input I have would be on your lighting, sky and shadows if there is surface water and an overcast sky, shadows might not be as crisp and sharp. I think your settings need to agree with each other. You also might want to add an area light with a short falloff to simulate the interior light spilling out of the building. Keep them coming... this is great stuff!!! :o)
