Description
Taken in the Vigelands park in Oslo, Dec. 2003. The statue is one of several which are part of "The cycle of life". Thank you for looking and commenting.

i remember seeing these here a ways back but don't remember by who... such beautiful & poignant statues... the lighting you've captured is perfect & well as the crop! :]

Thank you so much for your kind comments! :) The light the day we were there was awesome - yet challenging. It looks like it's warming, but trust me, it was not. All the tourists that were there that day also made it difficult to take good shots, due to the long shadows they casted on the statues. I really had to work on it to make the sun work with me :)
