Description

Finnaly I was able to sit down and work on an image, I havent had much time for myself the past couple of weeks. Inspired by the scene from the 3rd Lord of the Rings film, where the armies of sauron have overrun Osgiliath and are moving the huge seige towers across the brdige. This is my 1st Lord of the Rings pic since ROTK came out, and I cant express my satisfaction with all 3 movies, I doubt I will see anything like them again. Anywayz, i tried to have this one finished and posted by the 4th--because it was a year ago I posted my first picture here, and I think that really launched my interest and goals in Bryce and 3d art. Thanks to everyone here for everything in the past year. Thanks and have a nice day!

"Excellent" just does not do this picture justice. Your attention to detail (eg. being able to see the Minas Tirith in the background), composition, and the "gritty" effect all just blow me away. I am abolutely stunned by your work.

Very cool. Knew that ebot meant something good. That's one hell of a completed image. The sky and background is fantastic.

What a fantastic image. You captured the overwhelming feeling of loss in this image..and yet managed to make it beautiful (the mountain in the background is aperfect touch). Really well thought out image.

Thats brilliant, I love the tone of the image. You haven't skimped on anything, textures, sky, small details are all there. Vote!

The three LOTR movies are by far the best movies ever made IMO. Excellent job on the modeling and textures and I really like how you did the sky.

This is incredible work man. I know you are quite young, but if you haven't chosen a career path yet you ought to consider animation and film work. You got the talent, and you're really getting some serious chops. Oh yeah, here's a vote!

Comes across just like one of those old time illustrations they used to do in the more expensive books (and that the Wall Street Journal uses sometimes in minature). Wonderful work.
