Description

This is my first large-size render I am making available for print. The sky is a Vue 4.11 Sky image plane I used in Lightwave. The total render time took 2 hours 27 minutes... NO RADIOSITY! I used a lightdome as always and I love the results. It works even better if you use the Spreadsheet to alter the color, intensity, and shadow fuzziness for different areas of the dome. :D Look for it on zazzle.com!

Escellent, the sea should be more visible in the background, and I would try and make it look as though it is right on the edge of cliff, but I still love the mood and lighting and colouring.

It's a really beautiful render, but I think that punmaster has a valid point... a lighthouse in the middle of a field looks a bit out of context. You might also want to try several more instances of SasLite to add some variation to the grass.

Well thanks for the comments! It was the first time I used a mapped background. The ocean is on the background as well but is way to dark. I am redoing the image now and I am rendering the ocean in Lightwave and using the sky as the only backdrop. I will delete this one eventually and post the new one. Thanks alot!
