I only saw him because he blinked,thus the title there were four ,5 or 6, of them sitting there, & I never saw any of them, the Long eared owl they blend in so well,they stayed for a few days till alot of people started walking trying to find them, they just did what I almost did, but it was the crows mostly that went after them that sent them on they'er way, it was truely an honnor to see such beautifull owls as these I hope you all get to see at least one in your life time,you will be in awww at the beauty of these amazeing birds, not the bset shoot but I wanted to share him with you I hope you enjoy them as I have this one is for 3 people who like myself love birds,nature, everything about it knowen to all fo you as garnite, Randy & PapaGuru Thank you all from my heart & soul you made my imagination, my heart take flight once again till it srs free once more because of all of you, & afew more, your beautifull, beautifull birds Thank you so much

Wow! Neat shot, Tina. In all my time in the bush, I've never been lucky enough to see one of these. Beautiful capture of an incredible bird. Thanks for posting this.

Sometimes technical perfection is not important so this may not be your best shot as you stated, but in some other way, it's one of the best for you did see them at all. I didn't see them before, so i agree with Jim: thanks for sharing! :)

Looks awesome, just increasing the contrast might help to get rid of the pale colors.
