Description

I've heard it said that the key to being a good Photoshop Artist is knowing when to quit, an attribute I'm not exactly well known for... It becomes even more complicated when the subject is near and dear to the Artists heart.. This is a picture of my daughter, that was very low- rez, the original was taken with a cheap polaroid digital cam, and was 250X450 pixels with an outrageous yellowish cast. after enlarging, I had to break out every trick in the book for this one, but I knew there was a beautiful picture buried in there somewhere... A special thanxxx to Bidsy for teaching me 90% of those tricks... Thanxxx fer viewin, comments welcome... JD 2004

Well, you got a lovely portrait of little Raven in the end, John! :))) She's a real cutie! The postwork's great, I love it. Gotta learn those damn PS tricks myself, could use some from time to time... :)))

Yeah John, I agree about the picture, but agree 1,000,000% on the little Lady Raven 'so close' to your heart. My daughters are 31 and 34 now, but are still very close to my heart, even though their mischievesnous has diluted with age!

She is being very patient waiting for the music to begin. Playing grasshopper has gotten so boring when you are this many!

You sure have covered up the Fact that this is really a very dangerous wee Home Wrecker....the softness here would be enough to sneak into anyone's Heart....but...I am not fooled...I saw the State of Your House after the Xmas Presents were given....even the wee Cat attacked this Raven Child :[

She is adorable JD,,I remember what those polaroids pics used to look like after they aged a little ,,, Photoshop is an amazing program and I seem to learn a new trick every day.
