Me too agree with Jim, what it hides is essential for the imagination, good art should leave things to the viewer to fill in. Love your textures, if it was not so strongly a couple for me, it could have been tree branches( apparently it was that too, otherwise I would not have seen it :-)

The fluid shapes appear to break down & emerge as more than the parts, the darkness allowing the imagination space to breathe & the whole concept grows.
