This is my final result of the model. I really did some time on the skin.

I'm not crazy about the hair. Don't know if you used a plugin or not. Did you use the meshsmooth modifier? If not, give it a go and set an iteration of 1 or so. Might clean up the mesh around the adam's apple. Good job overall.
