The colors are awesome, in general I think it is a great picture that still needs to be finished. the fire on the bottom looks a lot more detailed than the dragon, just add some highlites to the dragon accentuating the rough texture of the skinn. it looks great the way it is but has a potential to be excellent!!

This is an excellent image IMHO! Your use of color is outstanding! I like how the dragon seems to be materializing out of the mist.
