This is really good. I LOVE the eyes; they're so piercing. I wish I could get my character's eyes like that. ^_^ My only notes about this pic are that the ear and nose morphs are a bit on the extreme side and the skull-cap makes the hair look like it's not attached to his head. Maybe add a few strands/blurs where the two meet in post-work. Also, the skin colour is really good, but it looks very plastic. A bump map and a texture (however slight) would make a very positive difference, I think. The atmosphere is great and the lighting is really good. Again, I LOVE the eyes! The actual hair (not the skull-cap) is really good as well. It doesn't have the sharp angles like some of your other hair.
