My advice would be to post work out ot change the ratios to get rid of the tiling lines in your water. Then you will have done a fine job.

I think the colors are cool now. Work on those lines in the water and maybe at fog in the distance to get a nice horizon .. Maybe add clouds to get a less dull sky ?
