A difficult image to criticize since it has distinctly Negroid features. Today in Haiti or in Cuba and maybe in Brazil such a face would have a lot of Native American roots. Here in America the great orators sent to England tended to have Roman noses in fact a great Chrokee chief in Oklahoma had precisely that name in the history books. I have seen his visage chiseled in the heavy wood of the sign at the state park. Maybe he is from Peru or Inuit?
