Please turn ambient intensity off and put radiosity on, or use more lights (an area light behind the bars for instance, with shadows turned off is a start). This image is really let down by the poor lighting, and the blue, blue sky. The textures, POV and modelling are excellent.

The concept, scene, mood, and modeling are all done very well. But, I have to agree with punmaster, the lighting could use a bit of tweaking to improve the overall effect.

Hanging around can be fatal. Lighting will be hard here because you need enough to show the stuff but you want the scene through the bars to grab the viewer's eye. Looks great.
