Great stuff! I would be VERY carefull about using the photoshop 'Plastic Wrap' filter as it makes a 3D image look flat, exactly the opposite of what 3d is trying to produce, images with good depth. If you did the tubes/pipes in 3Dmax then try and set the Splines to Adaptive as they will smooth out the tight curves and not leave sharp edges. Just trying to help with some things I have learnt through trial and error.

If you did the modeling, then you did a good job there. Otherwise, I don't like the post-produced blood. Looks too "grainy", and not like fluid.
