Description

::: Part 46 of a series of Warbird Panorama Photos ::: (Coming up on 50!) Taken at the Planes of Fame Museum at the Chino Airport, California. (1/14/04) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ --- For more warbird images, please visit http://www.warbirds.n3.net --- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Aircraft are: Lots of planes in this panorama... to the far left, a Nieuport 17 if I recall (I'm not certain as it's just the fuselage at this point). Next to it is a bright red GeeBee Racer replica (yes, the cylinders are drawn on there). Above them is a WW1 Hanriot HD-1 Scout, handing from the roof a bit behind it looking like a B-2 Stealth but white is a Horten Ho-IV Flying Wing Glider, bellow that is an RAF AT-6 Texan, the big main plane you see to the right is a Supermarine Spitfire Mk IX, behind it (look behind the tail) is a Hawker Hurricane Mk X, the colorful play hanging from the cieling above the Spitfire's cockpit is a Laister-Kauffman LK-10A Glider used by the US Army Air Force, and way in the distance behind that handing from the ceiling is a Bristol F2b Replica. This is actually the first hanger you walk through when you come to the museum after you walk out of the gift shop. This panorama was taken with a Minolta Dimage 7hi (5 Megapixel SLR) and is made up of 7 shots and stitched in the new Photoshop CS (8.0).
