Actually, this is one the better video captures I've seen. Usually they look terrible. Like when you see the ones of celebrities who do nude scenes in movies. I mean, that's what I hear at least.

Did you know Paint Shop Pro 8 has an jpeg artifact remover? (Ajust>Add Remove Noise>jpeg artifact remover) You can also despeckle and take out all sorts of yuck bits. Hope this helps (you probably knew this anyway :s) I really like this picture!

Anyone who like Fight Club as much as you do can't be all bad. Vetranarian school is great! His name is Robert Paulson! I would have liked to see a bit more manipulation in this one.
