I managed to fix the dark haired woman's crumpled elbow...thanks to the advice I'd gotten ;-) Thanks, Wizzard and Wytchee Woman ;-)

Ummm, a smudge brush in Photoshop would work wonders for that crumple zone...

nicely laid out... you might wish to double check the twist dial on the right arm for the dark haired lady.... it looks like tis twisted full abou, which will give the crumple you're getting. use your own arm as a referance for twist bend etc... believe it or not it does help the poses a lot...
