Yes, thats what they wont to beleive, free education. There is not been one moment in the past hunderd years that the cap between the have's and the havenots became smaller. We should be ashamed of ourselfs.

The professors have unions and foundations and credential committees. They also have businesses of their own and patents created on university time held solely by themselves. Yet they are not rich as the plutocrats of the bourses or the banks or even the directors of the Fortune 500. The price is high but not insurmountable. I worked as a busboy and later on a dish machine, then in a gas station and finally scanning Lawrence Livermore buble chamber microfilm. It paid poorly and any belief that I "worked my way through college even though I went to a large state university is hooey." Tuition is one step in realizing just how much you really wil accomplish. I had one small scholarship in the first year then even though my dad had hired out as an assistant in the city sewer plant one summer I was wealthy enough to afford to pay all tuition and fees. Norton could do it as well as Ralph Cramden.

Her in Holland the Government change a lot too. It is not fair, and I understand what this message says. And if you look deeper in the art you made.....then everbody can read what you try to explain without a explain.......wonderful work Danny

It is harsh and may seem unfair, still it's not impossible to acomplish, at least in Poland, to work & earn the money for your school. Incredible work, Danny!

In the US school funding is always a problem. Where I live most of it comes from local property taxes as well as the federal government. Teachers are underpaid, students don't give a crap, and we are faced with a worldwide explosion of knowledge and competition that few are prepared for. I have one child in college and even with a lot of financial aid it still costs a small fortune. Anyway, this is a great image, the stairs to the ivory tower are empty, money goes down the drain. Really great work.
