WOOOOOHOOOOO Wicked man! I love it. Is there post work done for the glow or did you get that from a very low altitude sun ray effect? Nice terrain as well. I like the transitions. Cheers!

no post processing at all, simply the glow trick, low atmospheric blue level, give it a try, it only works underwater though, bet you didnt think that was water your seeing in this pic, did you? ;-) the white fuzzy stuff is the SOSorta surf plugin around the boarders of the water

I'm kinda surprised you got that to work underwater. I'll have to try it. No, it doesn't have to be underwater. It can easily be done with no water at all. This image rocks! It's really different, and I like it! And feel free to administer the appropriate PUNishment. :)
