Really very realistically real. :oP Looks so good, I'd love to pick this one up and find a nice high speed manufacturing machine I can drop it into. :o)

The inside edges are'nt parallel, you would strip the head off any bolt you tightened with this. Besides that there seems to be some poly problems on the very ends, and the shadow seems a little off as well. I wont mention the fact that most of the world uses metric wrenches Mr. Yankee, and what's up with the name? Could'nt you think of something better than Aardvark? Stick to Sci-fi stuff, leave the real world to the pros.

Hrmm, that may be a little harsh there Platyvark. This is an excellent render, and very close to being photo-real. There are some really good lighting tutorial links in the lightwave main page here on renderosity, which may help you in creating a functional lighting rig. Other than that, great job and keep modeling!!

Good job! Put some hex shapes in there and it looks great to me! Metric? What's that?

Spot on surfaces, maybe a bit more work needed on the model, but otherwise I think it looks realy very nearly like a photo of a Spanner. O and by the way Platyvark-4 if you are a pro at modelling the real world why donut you post some of it?
