My second try at a scenic photograph. All comments welcome, any tips for improvement?

I like the shot, the silhouette of the trestle against the sky is great. Myself, I'd have reduced the size, say to 750 x 520 or so. It seems to fit well, and lets one see the whole picture at once. It loses a bit when you have to scroll around to get it all. Other than that, it's a beauty.

With my monitor set to 1152 x 864, I didn't have to scroll at all. A very dramatic POV. Did you use a tripod?
