Description
2004 Oil on Canvas
The photograph I used for this painting was not my own, I found it on www.pinnaclemall.com/unitedway/homeless.html
This is the first in a series which I have begun to examine the issue of homelessness

This is really good... I can feel the cold in the air, and a sense of hopelessness. Excellent work.

Very nicely done! Composition is perfect. I also applaud your choice of subject matter... a great social statement. (what first caught my eye, though, was your name... my cat is named Fluffy and my sister is Anna)

Extraordinary Art! A topic that needs much more public involvement and care. This touches the heart(hopefully) of the most hardened person. Bravo!!

Mark once told me (a lucky (!?) guy who made it back to 'normal' life): "Whereever I was, I never felt home again and I always felt nervy ...". This is a wonderful reminder to me! Thanks ;o)
