Oh wow...very nice. If I may suggest 2 things. A not so tiled background and a more maniacle menacing looking face. Otherwise it'd be a perfect 10. 9.5 for design but they don't do halfs.

The volumetric is very good but he doesn't look evil enough for that title.

Sometimes what gives evil it's power is a look of innocence. That is why the title contains spawning. It shows that from something horrible emerges something that looks somewhat normal, but is in reality is pure evil with a disguise that makes it absolutly powerfull.
