Description
Remembering mom and dad bringing you home
so small and fragile
Afraid they would no longer love me
As the days passed
playing dolls
hide and seek
You tagging along
no time to myself
You going on my first date
how I hated that
Our long talks into the middle of the night
listening and singing to the radio...
Years go by
school...marriage...children...
And now
older, wiser
You are my best friend
always there when I need you
a shoulder to cry on
someone to laugh and be happy with
And after all this time
I realize....
you are my best friend
and that
Sisters Are Forever
