Your pictures are great - this one is GORGEOUS - but they are WAY to big for people with dial-up to view - try under 200KB jpg compression.

I also upload big in size pictures but not so big!!!At list try under 500kb jpg compression.This is a great graphic but very little people will see it because of the size.
