The Greatest Gift
She often has this dream;
A dream of a gift from heaven it seems;
The tiny infant in her arms;
Staring back at her with so much charm;
She see's her face in the baby's features;
All that she ask's for is never to wake;
To hold this miracle forever;
Never letting it go not to brake;
So fragile; So beautiful;
She thank's the Lord for this very moment;
But soon she will wake;
And this creature will vanish;
From her dreams; from her fate...
