Description
The highest building in Venice (99m) was apparently where Galallao demonstrated the use of the first telescope. The original structure collapsed in 1902 killing the cat, and was rebuilt brick by brick.
The news today was that the canals there have frozen up, which should provide Mark (R3MAF) with some interesting material if he is still there.
