Just a test image with low sampling...as always i invite you to leave any comment or suggestion...but don't be too strong, i'm only a principiant!

Change the stairs to CCW -- with the lower stairs against the wall, the floor space is not interrupted. The wall unit did not seem to include a writing surface. The wall unit did have a lot of detail. A slightly larger image would be easier to analyze.

Nice arhitecture and modeling. Try too render in other angle....and finish al house too! :)
