Description
Entry for Bryce Forums January 2004 Challenge, "Realism With Bryce - Undersea".
Stacked Terrains with a few aquatic plants imported from 3DCafe. Diver figure is from Michael Janssen. Landscapes and plants have procedural textures, the surface water was painted in Photoshop and applied as a picture texture to a 2D plane.

I know how hard is make a realistic undersea scene. I saw some such work made in Vue. In Bryce... your work is really one of the best though with some post work. But it's only my subjective word (though) ;) Mirek

This is one of the most peaceful images I have ever seen. As with most pictures I can always imagine what the ambient sounds one would hear, with yours...I hear nothing. I feel only cold murky water aginst my body and silence in my ears. You have succeeded in every aspect in putting me in this scene. Outstanding work and thx for sharing.
