Description
The NZ Labour Govt came up with this new idea as part of a bid to keep Green house gas levels down by imposing animal fart tax on farmers. The farmers wern't happy about this at all and eventually the idea got canned.

Quite humorous..... at first I thought it said Fart Taxi... thinking it was a bus for the elderly... hehehehe....
