The surfaces lack bumpiness, I think, and you may want to add more layers to the terrain, so it looks more real. there are many tutorials about surface mapping, including the official one on the planetside website. I like your clouds. Keep it up!

Looks like the Grand Canyon. If you would like some hints on this, IM me. Your clouds are too tall. I have a good .atm file you can use. They're going in the right direction, though, and this is a good early picture.
