the child is incomparably superior to the average man in seeing the character of things, the spirit is universal and can not be confined within walls. the shrine is the center for renewal and the gate to understanding.....nice p.o.v.

I agree with Masema. Wonder what this area looks like when the leaves are on the trees.

Another beauty. I love this little meditation spot. And this series. Keep going, I'm sure there's more treasures to see. On a more serious note, do you think Tedz knows if he wants to give Cynlee a spring roll, nudge, nudge, wink, wink, he has to wait three months here, and NINE in his part of the world?

How large is this place? Or did they cramp it into a few square meters and you are just brilliant in making us believe it's huge?

so many comments i have to agree with. i too would love to see the Garden in the spring but i think the leafless trees adds to the "poetry" of the pavillon. and as Drea says, the whole place looks huge. fantastic series Moni!!! thank you!!

Yes, seeing the bones of trees, without the leaves, gives a structure that plays with the architecture; your eye is good, love the spot.

Wonderful photo, Monika! I love the yellow flowers in this shot (are those daphodills?). It brings out the other colors (don't know how to write it down in English, I hope you understand).
