Description

The inspiration for this, pretty much came from thinking "what would happen if Jazz Jackrabbit got stuck in a mental hospital for 20 years?", and this thing came out. everyone, meet my new character, which I may end up drawing quite frequently, his name is "Binky", careful, he bites.
