Here's a go at another B & W. Taken on real film by my old Minolta. I like the way the textures turned out on this one.

This one makes me homesick. Dad doesn't even have those curtains anymore, does he? Anyway, personal issues aside, it's a beautiful photograph. I really like the contrast between the smooth surface of the ornament and the lacey texture of the curtain. And the play of light on the lace is gorgeous. The ray of light leads the veiwer's eye right to the ornament, making for a very strong composition.

I'm pretty sure those curtains aren't in that window anymore. They might be in my old room somewhere though.
