Hhhmmm... strange! Normaly a very good composition and idea. A PinUp. The pose is great; the color are great; a beautifull girl in sexy cloth. BUT, sometimes an idea don't work. The blurred effect disturbs. And one point: The light is to ...smooth. Here i think a hard light is better.

Needs improvement, unless the blurr/oil paint effect is intentional.
