Long time ago, before TV, computors, People read stories.
Elizabeth is reading a story out loud for her pets, Ceci the Cat, and Patches the Dog.
It's a a very scary part and she smiles as she pats her pets to reasure them, it's only make believe.

This is so wonderful! I learned to read at an early age and it is still one of my fav pastimes. It was a love I passed on to my children by reading to them and encouraging them to read. Now I write, my daughter does poetry and my son writes too. Thanks for sharing this.
