Looks vaguely familiar???? Perhaps it is an old haunt of the MTS (Maritime Texturists Society). Like the ice cream cone.

OMG! This looks like a place I used to go when I was a kid, actually it reminds me of a few places... We used to go to Seaside Heights NJ and it looked remakably like this, and we also used to go to Ocean City, NJ. Thank you for the memories! :)
