the motionblur on the figures where the final touch. now you got a really convincing long exposure look there 8) excellent work!

Terrific work! I agree with carmello, the motion blurring on the people really is a terrific touch. Perhaps you might consider a bit of dirt on your road textures? Still... this is awesome work, my friend. :o)
